It reduces reliance on private cars by offering a fast, efficient, and eco-friendly transit alternative.

This Operate, Manage, and Maintain (O&M opportunity focuses on high-frequency buses operating on exclusive lanes, with two key elements:

• BRT Operations: Procurement, operation, and maintenance of the bus fleet. This element has an estimated investment size of USD  69M for operations, with a double-digit internal rate of return (IRR) and an estimated traffic demand of 150,000 passengers per day.
• Fare Collection: Management of advanced ticketing systems and passenger services. This element has an estimated investment size of USD 13M for fare systems, with a double-digit internal rate of return (IRR)

The combined project began tendering in Q4 2025.
