Overview of Opportunity

The Abdali Boulevard is a flagship urban and commercial development location in the center of Amman, with over 22M visitors annually. This Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) project. To further enhance this exciting location, the master developers are inviting interested partners to lead on the development of the Abdali Convention Center.
The project will be Jordan’s largest event space, offering modern facilities to host international conferences, exhibitions, and events, including hotels and other amenities. The opportunity includes the following:

• State-of-the-art event spaces including an auditorium, banquet hall, meeting rooms, and a multi-purpose area.

The project, with an estimated investment size of USD 1 billion and an estimated double-digit IRR, is open for expressions of interest, and a feasibility study is available and can be provided subject to NDA.
